Kenny McReynolds, a five-time Emmy award winning broadcaster, began his career at WVON Radio in Chicago before working as sports director for radio stations WGCI, WBMX and WVAZ-FM. He moved into television as a weekend sports anchor and reporter for WFLD-Fox 32 in Chicago and morning sports anchor on WCIU-TV. McReynolds worked as an assistant basketball coach for DePaul University under the legendary Hall of Fame coach, Ray Meyer, and later worked for the NBA as a scout for several teams. He currently serves as sports director for WWME-WCIU-TV and a reporter for the BIG TEN NETWORK. On his longstanding show, “CPS Sports Edition,” he has interviewed numerous sports figures and celebrities, and he is also heavily involved in charity work, particularly focused on supporting young athletes.
